About the Course

Our Product Management and Practices course is a ~2 days learning workshop outlined for people who want to build the Product Management Capabilities using Design The Thinking concepts that include product sense, product mindset, business drivers, various tools, canvases, frameworks etc. to work towards various product variants that will assist to build practices capabilities towards Understanding Market, Early Market, Customer Understanding in B2B and B2IB spec for Creating Vision, Strategy and roadmaps etc.

This course is developed and crafted based on the learning outcomes designed by ICAgile for the Product Management Track.

Through this course and learning, you will build your understanding of the product life cycle, product journey through product life cycle and technology adopt curve mix with product life cycle and how to manage your product / solution through each state of life cycle.
