Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

xTransMatrix Consulting Services Pvt Ltd (company), reserves the right to cancel/postpone the class in case the particular class doesn’t have sufficient registration count. The company would confirm the training start date 7 days prior to the advertised start date. Upon confirmation, all fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling policy

  • In case of rescheduled dates that don’t fit into the delegate’s schedule 100% refund will be made to the registered participant.
  • In case of delegate replacement, it should be intimated to the Company at least 2 days prior to the event.
  • Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
  • Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a delegate wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:
    10% of the registration fee will be charged in case of rescheduling request is received before 15 days.
  • If the request of rescheduling is received less than 15 days, no rescheduling will be allowed. However, the delegate can send a replacement instead.

Events Policy

  • Ticket pricing/fee mentioned at events details page includes certification cost too.
  • Certificates are awarded by their respective governing bodies; Company is involved only in offering the training. Read the certification and examination details at respective training/certification pages.
  • Certification of Attendance is awarded for each participant to claim IDU/PDU/SEU. Please reach us at info@xtransmatrix.com for the process.

Refund Policy for Events

Company reserves all the right of refund of Training Tickets and changes it time to time basis.

Current Rules

  • 80% refund on the fee paid would be provided if the training registration is cancelled before 31 days of events date.
  • 50% refund on the fee paid would be provided if the training registration is cancelled before 15 days of events date.
  • 20% refund on the fee paid would be provided if the training registration is cancelled before 7 days of events.
  • No refund on the fee paid would be provided if the training registration is cancelled in last day before events date.
  • No refund on Tax Amount paid while registration.
  • Any absconding/absence by any party is 100% chargeable and no refund on any fee in such cases.

Transferring Events Ticket/Fee Policy

Participants can discuss with us about transferring their nomination to the 3rd party in the scenario like (Employee resigned after registration, medical emergency). This is the case to case basis and allowed only for xTransMatrix Consulting Services Pvt Ltd owned program and not applicable for other Events programs.
