Kanban Management Professional (KMP-I)
Official Kanban Foundation Workshop
The core of Kanban practices to design and evolve a Kanban system
Overview
The Kanban Method is a comprehensive approach for introducing system thinking into any organization on all levels. It fosters a holistic service focus throughout an organization, with the goal of better understanding business risk, support for decision making and improving service delivery activities. Based upon an understanding of a business together with continuous improvement efforts, the Kanban Method drives a sustainable “fitness for purpose” program, not only supporting a competitive position, but also making collaboration more enjoyable, for stakeholders as well as for service providers and teams. By fostering growth of an adaptive business and a learning organization, the Kanban Method is an evolutionary change management approach, avoiding many well-known pitfalls of traditional change.
