Overview
Kanban is acclaimed to be an Alternative Path to Agile. KMP-II workshop is built on the foundations of Kanban System Design (KMP-I) and to bring your previous Kanban experiences, and open questions. This training is designed to discover numerous individual improvement potentials and explore the best way to manage the Kanban System on a day-to-day basis. During the workshop participants address the specific rollout and the daily operation of Kanban System in practice with the aim to make them even more effective.
